Block Rating...Please Help Me

In example; shield 75% chance to block, dexterity 75% chance to block, thus u get 75% chance to block.

But how does it work when your shield has a 52% chance to block and u got a 75% chance to block according to your dex.

Please Let Me know.

there's a formula for % chance to block based on shield block, any other source of blocking and your dex
the character screen displays the final result
