screenshot problems

Ok for some reson anytime I try and take a screenshot I get the above blackened image. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts as to why?

I'll post PC/ vid card specs if they help.

I use print screen to capture the screen and photofiltre to display and save.

Any help or comments appreciated.

How does the image look when you open the one in your DII folder?

Use the one in DII folder. Paste one always like that for me. And the one on DII folder always look fine for me.
