I think I got this right, but I'd like someone else to check it since I'm horrible with d2 formulas and what not, and since I'm not sure if the number I came up with from the formula was the actual number to compare frames with :/

Also another question I have is did the dragon talon ias formula change at all in the .11 patch?

I'm using um'd fleshripper / um'd wizzy... both which are -20 wsm...
My BoS will give me between 52 and 57 ias (not sure how much I'm gonna invest in it... for the calcs I went with 52)

I have no ias from equipment


EIAS = skill_IAS – WSM +((120*equipment_IAS)/(120 + equipment_IAS))

eias = 52 - -20 + (120 x 0) / (120 + 0)
eias = 72 + 0


The final breakpoint for first kick was 63 I believe.... Does this mean I've reached it?

I just ran the math and got and eias of 72 as well. Maybe to make things more easy, what level burst of speed is that? The ias charts list everything in terms of BoS Level rather than the ias it actually provides. With a [-20] WSM, level eight BoS is the first to require no additional ias to hit 7 frame initial kicking with dragon talon. Going off of BoS level might be a less math-intensive way of seeing if you hit the last bp. Does that help or make much sense?
