I was just very fortunate to find a nature's peace (Though I was hoping it was a soj v.v). Now, I am currently still fighting with my trapassin. So my question would be; if she kills monsters through traps, while wearing the ring, do the monsters stay down, or does that only count for melee attacks like the "ED against demons" mods?

The RIP works for my sorc, so it would work for a trapper I'm sure. It does NOT work for any hirelings or minion kills.

Edit: Unless the game considers traps to be minions...

Traps count as minions, I think, so it wouldn't work for traps.

Ur right, because traps do not receive any bonuses from facets...

Wont be much of an issue in the game anyway. Put a trap or 2 near the sharmans, they'll be dead pretty qucik smart.

The ring is much better suited to melee or slow killers.

You'd not want RIP too work on a trapper, since it would disable corpse explotion from death sentry :azn:

That's usefull ring when running Nihla, since he uses corpse explotion.

Hmm...Think I'm able to trade nature's peace for a Soj then?

I don't think so.. Or where you play? I know that economy in US is even more messed than it's in Eu. Anyway the Soj's you meaby trade for that ring, are duped, so they will *poof, so why bother trading for them?

good call. And yes its USeast I play.

I am starting to detest dupers more and more you know....what will happen once somehow they are able to dupe complete weapons and sets? I seriously think thats FUBAR (watch Tango and Cash for this one). If blizzard would stop thinking about WoW for just one week and focus on a few thousand players being denied the fun in another good game, maybe a stop could be put to this.

FUBAR (watch Tango and Cash for this one).
Or start programming in drscheme using the wizzards book :azn:

Anyway, a spare natures peace isn't a bad thing to have. If you however really feel it's just getting dusty in your stach, you could probably trade it for a raven or other slightly more usefull ring. Assuming you can find someone who needs one of course. But a legit soj > nature for any trader who knows what they're doing.

I see no reason why that shouldn't be possible right now.

Wow has a 7,000,000 subscriber base at $15- per month earning Blizz$105,000,000 (105 million dollars) per month. What does D2 bring in per month?

About three hundred fifty thousand dupers, maniacs, lifeless paranoid gamers,as Blizzard views us,who bring no penny after buying Diabo, and are always complaining, and will probably never be satisfied with the game,no matter how much they play it.So you see,in the corporate world,WoW wins.

The needs of the many outrun the needs of the Diablo Horde.
Afterthought:my friends invited me to play WoW,I believe it's a nice game. However,in my country, there is no tax service. So you need someone in the States to pay your bill,if you don't have an international credit card(believe it or not this stuff is rather new to my world, and only really rich people have one.).Also,there is no such thing as customer support. That made me give up the idea after my friends had their accounts closed when Blizzard decided they weren't paying the dough.

Useless to say my buddies had actually paid everything, twice, but since there is no customer support...no playing WoW.That's why even though unlike some of my compatriots,I have the money(that WoW tax isn't so accesible for everyone in my country),and the credit card to pay with,I refuse to be cheated by Blizzard.

Plus, from what I've heard from my buddies, lots of items in WoW are soulbound.Meaning you can't trade them, once you've found those things, only your char can use them.Trading seems to be a lot of fun in Diablo, not to mention the only sane way of getting the necessary equipment.

So,I don't know,at first WoW seemed so cool, with it's happy graphics, grasping gameplay, nice music and huge expanses of nice lands, apparently superb quests(I can remember this one battle that was taking place in the Dwarven base, the one with the rivers of molten metal, where this huge demon led undead players against the dwarves, total pwnege it seemed, especially with that huge thing walking through those imense halls) but it all seems too expensive.

And at the same time, too noobish(forgive my leet language). As in,everyone can play that game, and reach a great level.Diabl seems more exclusivistic, with it's own clans and very hard to get items.Heck, even duping has its place.Dunno,WoW seems just like a child fairy tale, while Diablo is the real, nasty life.
