pure fire sorc

Hi i cant seem to find a guide for a pure fire sorc fireball and meteor as main skills...Does this build work or is it better to go with a meteorb sorc

I think he is meaning about pvm (mainly becuse he mentioned meteorb).

I recently started LOD again and made a fire sorc for pvm.

i have
20 fire bolt
20 fire ball
20 meteor
20 fire master
1 teleport
1 cold armour
1 enchant (For merc and if your party play it can help)
1 hydra
and prereqs


I guess other people would say meteorb but i like one element sorcs for starting but i guess thats just me.

I run hell countess and andy and mausoleum. I do meph occaisonally but merc tends to die to much :P

I think a Meteorb sorc works better. For 25 or 26 skill points, you have a completely hell-viable second element, which doesn't take too much power away from your main element.

If you're going with a Meteorb, you don't need points in a cold armor or Hydra. Defense is almost useless on a PvM sorceress (seriously, a cold armor is a waste of 1-3 skill points IMO) and Hydra wont be very powerful as a 1 point wonder.

The second element opens up a whole lot of other areas in Hell you couldn't previously run with a single element.

With 26 skill points in the Cold tree, 3 in the Lightning tree, you've still got 81 skill points you can throw into the Fire tree by level 99. 20 in FireBall and Meteor as main skills, 20 in FireBolt as a synergy, 1 in Warmth and prerequisites, and the rest to Fire Mastery.

looks like my 200fcr pvp sorc. except i have a point in static and one in glacial spike.
