Max Block for a kicksin?

Hey, i have a level 82 Kicksin, with a Stormshield, and am wondering how much dex i need to get max block. looked everywhere, cant believe i couldnt find anything on it.

at that level you will need 186 dex for 75% blocking with SS.

Formula:

2*x*y
------ +15 = Dex required for entered block %
a

x = Charlvl
y = Desired end blocking % (so for max block 75)
a = Shield blocking % (Which is 72 with StormShield)

Here's a tip: Save up the stat points, equip the Stormshield, and have a look at the blocking%. Then start putting points into Dex. Watch the chance to block increase. Continue placing points into Dex until blocking is 75%.

That's how you work out how much Dex you need for max block. By putting points into Dex until you get to 75%. Simple, no?
