View Full Version : Gloves with + amazon skills?

I've been playing D2 for about 3,5 years now, but just now I found yellow battle gauntlets, with +1 to bow/crossbow skills (amazon). Now, I wasn't aware gauntlets could HAVE + to skills. I never read anything about this either (Except the +1 to fire skills unique), and I CERTAINLY never found any before.

Is this a bug or just an extremely rare mod for gauntlets?

gloves can have + to bow/javelin/passive skills and martial arts

yeah thats not really a bug, i got dosins of those gloves and their value can be good if they got the ias, so if u find some gloves they go for a ist or 2

oh okay. Just checking, because I really never saw gloves like that, let alone find them.

I also craft Vambraces to Hit Power gloves hoping for the +2 zon Skills. They auto get knockback with is always nice plus can get some other mods.
Ort/Saph/Jewel + gloves in the cube

hey, if gloves can get martial arts+ to skills, does that mean boots can have the same? afterall assassins use kickattacks as well right?

I don't think boots have such mods.

Shadowdancers have shadow mods I think.

An ideal pair of zon skill gloves should have +2 skills (passive is best--any zon can use it), ias, hit recovery, some resists, life/mana leech and magic find, in that order. If a pair has many or all of the above, the game has blessed you.

Either that, or +3 java/bow and 20 IAS if you are a damage freak.

An ideal pair of zon skill gloves should have +2 skills (passive is best--any zon can use it), ias, hit recovery, some resists, life/mana leech and magic find, in that order. If a pair has many or all of the above, the game has blessed you.

My gloves had, I think, 5% lifeleech and 20% increased attackspeed. I'd have to check on it though.

No... the type of glove must be magic, not rare or crafted. You know, the blue ones. :tongue:

They can have +3 bow/java/passive/MA.

Are you sure about the 3+ java? As far as I remember some very well respected statistics guy on these forums once wrote that 3+ java doesn't exist at all.

on weapons (amazon weapons) they do, not sure about the rest.

And on a sidenote, I found a pair of ogre gauntlets that had a +2 to martial arts on it (that was everything on it sadly...if it had resists I would be able to use it :D). Strange that I never found em before, and now I find 2 of em in a few days time >_>

i think the most +skills in gloves is 2...it would be weird if it can be 3+

I gambled a pair of magic +3 java gloves a couple of days ago. I sold them back to Anya because it had no other good stat with it (+strength or dex, or IAS)

+3 PM/Jav/Bow/MA on blues (magical) is possible. Only +2, however, on rares/crafts.

Just check the prefixes (http://battle.net/diablo2exp/items/magic/pre.shtml) page at arreat summit. For bowa's the +3 prefix is called Archer's, for java's it is Lancer's.
