Once i max all the synergies for bliz and bliz itself what else do i put points into other than tele, static, prereq's, warmth, and cold mastery?

probably nothing, since your build will be complete at level 94

Build completes at level 94 indeed, i'm approaching 96 and i'm simply stuck on what to skill next. Maybe a cold armor or something but it hardly seems worth it.

Why not teleport so you dont waste mana while doing it?

Cold armor is fine aswell but really i forget to use it myself all the time and i survive fine.
