451 psn dmg charms effective on kicks?

I am building a venom based kicker with maxed PDR , Maxed Res, using BoS to achieve 7 / 3 kicks and capped cloak of shadows that gives -95 enemy def .

Now I use trangs to up my psn dmg , but as well have 2 5 / 5 psn facets in my helm.

the Question:
I heard that psn dmg charms do not work well on assassins.... nothing was really explained to me , but what would happen if I threw 2 of these onto my kicker?
would it be worth it or not?

They would add trivial damage.
A simplified explaination is when venom is turned on, it gimps all other sources of poison damage due to duration, so those 451 charms will add near nothing.

yea thats what I thought, so venom turns all posion dmg given into .4 seconds ,
because of the 8 second duration on the 451 charms , then only .4 seconds worth of damage is only calculated thus making it roughly around only 20 points of dmg . which is pretty ****ty.
