for meph you're ok. Just max your FCR and teleport past *everything* and end up on the left side of the moat. All you need to lure there is meph and its usually possible to lure him to the moat alone. If you have trouble finding the exact spot that avoids attention from council monsters on the "bridge" you can lure them the opposite direction before you lure meph to the moat.

Bottom line. ignore the immunes and just wax meph.

You could get strong merc to kill immunes if needed, but Blizz sorc is Great vs Meph. Just do the moat trick, or get merc that can tank meph for a while so you can spam blizz:cool:
