To Charsi or not to charsi?

Hi all! I don't play assasins a lot (maybe future projects is a PvM Ethereal Assabear :P) but found these claws off some baal's minion:

Feral Claws (white text)
+3 Phoenix Strike
+2 Blades of Ice
+2 Charged Bolt Sentry

Would this be useful for any build??

it's junk imho. i wouldn't even Imbue it (i do that with greater talons)

Imbuing would definitely be senseless, as it would reroll the the only thing going for the claw.

If I traded, I'd probably make you offer for it. Phoenix and Blades of Ice is one of my favorite combinations, and it'd be fun to Larzuk and make a Malice of or Eth Eth Shael or something like that.

But I don't trade, and there's probably not that many people who've even used BoI, so good luck.
