Does wearing a dream rune word helm and shield stack to make a level 30 holy shock? If so, does anyone know the stats for a level 30 holy shock and level 30 holy fire? (Dragon + Hand of justice)

As long as both items are on the same character, then yes, the auras will stack. Note that the auras granted by items (such as dream) will not stack with natural auras (eg a paladin with holy shock from skills).

Level 30 Holy shock
Radius: 23.3 yards
Lightning Damage to attack: 1-1668
Lightning Pulse Damage: 1-278

Level 30 Holy Fire
Radius: 23.3 yards
Fire Damage to attack: 261-273
Fire Pulse Damage: 43-45


The auras granted by items can be synergised as per normal.

And the reason he mentioned Holy Fire aswell is because of the runewords "Dragon" and "Hand of Justice" which can be combined to a lvl 44 Holy Fire Aura.
