20/20 light or 60/60 ias/res shield for java?

Hello, i´m having serious problems deciding which shield to wear.
My java has +20IAS now (gloves).
According to the IAS bp tables, she attacks at 18 IAS 19 frames, 6 1/3 average and throws javs at 16IAS 12 frames

Giving her 60/60 shield would improve speed:
63 IAS 15 frames
and
throwing 52IAS 10 frames

but I would lose 1600 dmg from CS and 600 from LF (which seems alot)

also swapping maras for HL would look like this:

attack
83 IAS 14 frames
89IAS 9 frames

losing 300 dmg LS / 100 dmg fury...

so basically I wonder which way to choose

20/20 monarch + Mara (19 frames cs) 1-11166
20/20 + HL (17 frames cs) 1-10847
60/60 + Mara (15 frames cs) 1-9536
60/60 + hl (14 frames cs) 1-9264

help please, I can´t really decide :(

try using cats eye for the 20as and 30 frw also what jav are u using? Tstoke has 15ias and titans has 30?

use 60/60 armor only if you are trying to hit the 90bp for javs.

If I swapped titans for Tstrokes, I´d have to wear tgods instead of arach (losing fcr and +1 CS).

So far she has 158 frw with titans and 20 ias.
Enigma can´t be removed so I just ask aobut shield and amu swap. If some frames are really worth losing damage :)

I used to anihilate the 20/20 users because I switched my javelin with a 40% IAS hyperion javelin. They get stuck in dodge lock and don't have a chance to attack back. I vote the 60/60 + Cat's Eye. More FRW and it adds onto your so terrible resists. I vote:

I know you asked for amulet and shield only but this might make you reconsider your build and what not. I'm not sure, I strongly vote to get 9 frame attack though.

So you basically say that It´s better to go for ias instead of damage?

spirit for pvm...also razortail instead of arach... you must guzzle mana w/o any leech

Ahh, PvM. Well, I'd throw in a Crescent Moon and Upgraded Non-Ethereal Titan's Revenge. Amazon's have terrible cast rate and well, you can probably run faster than teleporting. Razortail is a great call. Harmoney bow on weapon switch might be useful? I still like the idea of attacking faster but if you can aim to get level 50 Charged Strike because you get one extra bolt at that level, my setups didn't quite hit it but with godly gear I'm sure it's feasable.

i just use eth titans/spirit when playing normally and switch to tstrokes/-20/20 when i really need it.

i've also head of people making 30ias/30res/-10/10 shields...i don't know what kind of bp that puts you into but it may be worth considering if you want best of both worlds.
