I looked at some builds couldnt get a real clear cut way.
Im making a bowzon my first i made alot of javzons.

10 strafe
20 valkrye
10 crit strike
10 pierce
5 freezing arrow
20 exploding arrow?

I bet these are wrong i figured i use freeze to freeze monsters exploding to deal dmg to a group and finish with strafe?

why not carry not with freezing? oe then switch to strafe, the exploding seems unnessacry and not damaging

that was a fairly basic run down of stuff for you...

heres a fairly standard strafe/fa set out, good for general pvm
20 strafe
20 valkrye
10 crit strike
10 pierce
20 freezing arrow

Here's a personal favorite of mine-

20 Strafe
20 Freezing Arrow
20 Cold Arrow
Valk up to 17 with +skills
1 into pierce, carried up to 9 with skills, and 100% pierce attained with Razortail (FA + 100% pierce = kickass.)
1 into each Passive and Magic skill left
20 Guided Arrow
Rest into Critical Strike/Penetrate/Multi Shot (preference)

I like to use Highlord's for the DS and IAS; along with Gore's and Critical strike, you'll be hitting double damage quite a bit of the time.

Faith Matriarchal bow FTW; the 45% BP is easy to attain and you are more free in gear choice.

Only problem is that you'd have to be moderately rich to use this build to its fullest.
