can rare boots still spawn mods like +dex/str tri resist fast run and fhr?

max mods that can spawn on boots are
FHR = 10
mana = 40
dex = 9
frw = 30
res = 40 (tri res is max)
replife = 5

current patch doesnt allow str to spawn on boots.
So a pair like
30/10 9dex Tri res 3x pretty nice :laugh:

anything like that on classic or xpac ladder? Not quite sure what you meant :o They're some nice boots out there, hard to find em though. I have some nice pairs on west ladder.

These are on uswest sccl. There are better out there, but usually they aren't for sale :tongue: Mine are pretty nice either way.

You could also check under the 'builds and useful' sticky. Then find Orphans list of classic mods.
Up to 3 prefixes and up to 3 suffixes can spawn on a rare item in classic.
