anyone have a LF zon that can run hell chaos?

i'm just wandering if anyone has a good lf zon that can run full hell chaos runs? My zon could probably do it if my infinity merc didn't keep dieing :(.

of course, javazons are wicked at chaos runs...just keep your merc away from the oblivion knights and its a breeze. a phoenix shield is also nice for recovering mana.

I can do CS runs with my Javazon. Iron Maiden can be indeed a problem, though. I use Enigma so I can Teleport him to safety which saves him quite often; also always attempt to aim your LF's at the Oblivion Knights. Killing them should be the priority to reduce the chances of being IM'ed.

Putting Decoy/Valkyrie ahead of you and Merc also helps.

Java's are quite good a chaos. LF + Pierce :)

A low damage Infinity is always an option too. I use a scythe Infinity on my merc - while he only pumps out ~500 damage, he rarely kills himself. If you throw on things like CB for him, the minimal damage is really not that important if you encounter immunities.

Pheonix is also a good recommendation. The mana recovery is pretty fantastic. The main problem with the shield is the interuption it's CTCs cause.

Decoy is a good strategy - placed well she can create a nice herd.

my javazon isn't really the best atm just pumped all LF synergy's :(, gona go rm him now.. also my merc is using voulge infinity might try scythe,(1kdmg with voulge),

on a side note I've noticed delirium helps a crap load that chance to confuse rocks.

also could a javazon that runs hell chaos alot, post his skills & items i'd like to get an idea of what i should be working to, i currently have no pierce :(

why the sad face? you should be trying to pump your synergies. imo putting points into valk on a javazon is a waste; a nicely built javazon shouldn't need one. you definitely need a point in pierce, though.

as for my build, i have a point in critical strike, penetrate, and pierce; as well as a point into each dodge/avoid/evade (i think my next javazon im not going to put any points into the dodges - they can get annoying sometimes). the rest of my skills are going into my cs/lf synergies. i don't have any points in the inner sight/decoy/valk tree.

the easiest choice is hiring another merc. Infinity is not at all necessary. You can run CS using Twitchtroe armor and a pack of rare javelins with replenishing property as well. The only LI monsters are Stranglers, which can be dealt with using LR charges.

It is definitely more convenient using act1 rogue or act3 cold-mage than resurrecting act2 moron every now and then. You could try equipping Medusa shield on the latter. If you don't like to change your merc, e.g. because you intend to run CS only temporarily, simply unequip his weapon.

I differ on this one, as I believe putting 1 point into every passive is better than juts maxing out all synergies. The 4 points used to get Valkyrie (because the 3 dodges don't sacrifice any synergy points) are hardly noticeable in your damage output. Meanwhile, Javazons usually have so many +skills, that the 1 Pt Valkyrie and Decoy can easily get to Level 15 or so, which helps tons.

I use Decoy very often to 'herd' monsters around it, maximizing LF effectiveness. Also my non-Valk Javazon had a few troubles being interrupted/block locked while trying to LF, it was a real pain while solo'ing, and with my new zon the Valkyrie helps a ton on preventing that and merc deaths.

I could not agree more. A friend of mine turned me on to using the Rogue merc with a fast bow and I've never looked back. The only thing I find slightly annoying is her tendancy to roam about and open doors for me. It's not too good when I'm trying to heal up or look at droped items to suddenly have monsters rush me from another room. Especially uniques or champions.

ty for the replys, i'm trying to build a javazon that can own in full chaos runs, I'd love her to be able to run fast & affective full game chaos runs.

i'll try the 100% pierce path & trow a cracked scythe on my merc lol(just need to find one)

I've also read somewhere that pumping LFa synergy wasn't really worth the skills? I'm considering just putting a pice matron bow on my switch & pump guided to 10, for those lite immunes & boss's.
