Seeking advice: What to put in sockets

My pally is using the mace from the Aldurs set and I am trying to decide what to put in it's 3 sockets. I am considering Amn runes because that would give the weapon a total of 31% LL which would be almost as good as life tap. What do you think ?

bleh, lamesauce. find an elite weapon of some description. once your in Hell, Aldurs is just, eargh, lamesauce. i certainly wouldn't waste perfectly good Amn runes in it (i use those for spirit's and pokeing holes in weapons), pskulls if you must.

If you have no problems trading,there must be available for the price of those amn runes something alot better that can actually kill things. A Nord's tenderizer for example.

Ya get a better weapon. Any of the elite uni 1 handers with at least some ias on them will do.

If you are under clvl 45, I would rate Butcher's Pupil cleaver as superior to aldurs. However druids seem to think a full aldur's fireclaws bear is kindda cool so u may want to keep that in case you want to make one :P

I have a LW PB with 70 cb and a Grief BA waiting for when I meet the level requirements.

Using Aldurs weapon at the moment. Thought I would stick something in the 3 sockets.
