Hey, I need help putting my stats for my hammerdin. May someone help me.

Basically, enough dexterity for max block, enough strength for equipment, and rest into vitality. You can get away with base str on a hammerdin if you have like a mp enigma. Other then that, I'd go with around 10-20 pts enough to wear the higher defense enigmas. Your torch and anni will provide a ton of stats.

A rough estimate for dexterity would be from 80-100 points, however thats from me being safe.

What is the max block and how do i know if i have the maximum block? Is is wise to make sure i have my final shield equipped befor i try to max block?

yes. and make sure you have holy shield active when you calculate since it adds a crap load of % block.
