good foh stick?

Hey, I was hoping somebody could help me out, I just found a no-socket war sceptor with +3 to foh and +2 to sanctuary...Is this a good foh stick?

Not great, but decent for a LLD. A HotO would be better than this IMO the +3 Conviction is a huge help but it does max out.... If you're rich enough to throw 5 facets in it, it would work.

well i could get 5 5/5 light facets...and i figured since conviction does max out at 25 anyways I wouldnt have a big problem of getting there, so would I be better off using this instead of hoto?

The FoH sticks are nicer but I think perfect or go home, but that's just me. If you wanna use the facets on it, then go for it, but I'm just content with HotO until i get a +3/3.
