where do you find eth titans?

EVERY1 where do you find eth titans i look everywhere but i cant find... can some1 tell me the possible spots? thnx and who most frequently drops?

You will have the best chances with act bosses who can drop them from normal Baal on, except for nightmare Andariel. The best dropper is normal Baal, but not by much, so I recommend nightmare Meph if finding other items is irrelevant, as he's faster to reach. However, I would look for them during the usual hell Meph+Andy runs and find a lot of other useful items as well.

MF chances with 0%MF in 1 player games:
Normal Baal - 1 in 1730
NM Mephisto - 1 in 1833
Hell Andariel (1st kill) - 1 in 2104
Hell Meph - 1 in 2287

Ethereal Titan's don't drop any earlier or later in the game than normal ones. It's just that the chance for an item to be ethereal is 1 in 20.
