Leap attack

If I use leap attack on a monster right next to me, and my barbarian swings at him, makes the leap attack grunt, but doesn't actually jump in the air, will it do the leap attack damage or just regular melee damage?

Regular melee damage. You also won't benefit from Leap Attack's +% AR. Basically, it's just a standard attack with a grunt attached.

regular melee damage. Instead of doing that, try shift + click near the monster u want to attack, it will make ur barb jump at short distance (depends where u click though) and youll benefit from leap attacks ED and AR.
