I recently started playing again and am having trouble finding someone to rush me through the game.
I was wondering if someone could help me out for a nominal fee(forge?)

Well stating it L in the topic title means Ladder, so I assume a closed battle.net character, and not an open battle.net one, which I think you are talking about tutmos. Correct?
