Diablo Clone Annihilus

Something i always have asked myself is how do you get the annihilus? yesterday i finaly found out that the diablo clone will give it to you when you kill him but when does the diablo clone comes up?

It comes up when you get the message:

<diablo walks the earth>

This message is preceded by a lot of these messages:

<sojs sold to vendor: xxxx>

Where xxxx is a number. It means that diabloclone only walks (in Hell) once there are a number of sojs sold on that specific server (each realm has many servers). For more information, I believe you can read a sticky or a linked guide in the community forum.
