But hey, I'm new to classic.:wave:
I've been playing d2 for a while now, but took a one year break that ended 2 weeks ago. In these 2 weeks, I've been playing LOD. I've gotten myself pretty well off [occy for my sorc, couple spirit's, nothing too special], but I have a not IRL buddy who always decides to pick up the D2 crack pipe when I do, but he always requires a gimmick. This time, the gimmick is classic.
I'll jump to the chase. I want a sorc that will be able to decently start off my other new chars, and him.
Indeed, Orb for general MF'ing is great, cause you can get full Orb+syn+Mastery and full teleport at level 73-ish iirc. Then get a point in static and find yourself another lightning kill spell. On my orber I went for Nova, which for me, is still the best option.
Anyone concur?
I'm *BoringTown on East Softcore Ladder, but if most people on here play non-ladder, I'd gladly switch over to non-ladder, since the community aspect of classic is another thing that has drawn me to it. I only have a couple levels [did den and just put 1 in warmth] anyway, so that's not a problem.
Would there happen to be anyone here who plays both LOD and Classic? Because if someone would like to trade some starter classic items for some somewhat decent LOD items, please reply. I'm horrible at the whole starting off thing :sad2:
