Hey, I just got an Enigma, quite randomly, from bobofuzzy, and I think I'm going to start a Hammerdin, 'cause I got a Spirit Paladin shield, but I was thinking about maybe making a windy, what do you guys suggest, I know this is a Druid forum, so you guys might be biased, but I was just wondering. I heard Windies are good MFers, and I had fun with my old one.

Make a windy. There's more than enough hammerdins on b.net.
They are good all around just a little bit more gear dependant than those hammer bros.

hmmm more gear dependant eh? i don't know on this one, i'm decently untwinked compared to everyone else on this forum...hmm i'll wait for more replies...no offense of course.

I enjoy not paying over an hr per a GC, I don't know about you. It seems all pally gear is pretty expensive, though h-dins I guess don't use much of it. Also, the torch is kinda meh to get.
Overall, I'd say an h-din will kill faster and be quite more sure of not dying doing it. However, h-din common, total lameness...

Why Spirit sword instead of, say, Heart of the Oak? Because of the FHR? HotO looks better to my n00bious eyes with +3 skill, 40% fcr and an awesome resistance bonus.

I think he was just minding the costs, few pgems worth or a HR? but if he can afford a HotO that should be better :azn:

i can't afford a hoto, and i've played a windy before, though not with very good gear...i think i'm going to make a hammerdin, then when i get some amount of wealth, build either a windy, a bowzon, or a wolf.
