2os 3spear from merchant?

What are the chances of a 2 slot 3 spear wand appearing at a merchant? Possible? If so which merchant?

If i have to trade for one, about how much are they worth?

i dont think any merchants sell them with BS that are not magical. BUT if they do it will be from act 2 normal.

no idea what they sell for on trades, never bothered making a white. always found hoto had better mods and was easier to make

Just to clarify. If you are trying to make a White Runeword, you cannot use those bought from merchants since you need a normal wand and merchants only seel magic wands. Now, if you need it for something else, then the prabability of getting it from a merchant is very small (like every other item out there) but you will have your best chance shopping on the guy that is next to the gate in act 2 (cant remember his name.) Finally, in terms of worth, a wand like that should not be worth more than a Pul, maybe a HR if it has other skills and is really nice, but HotOs are often a better choice than White.

Well, vendors DO sell normal items, but its only at a low lvl, and I cant tell you if drognan will have them...

I think norm drognan sells those stuff. Try him. I don't know whether he will sell +3 though.

im unsure if he is high enough 'level' to stock bone spear wands come to think of it, non magic. take a bit of time to hunt for any wand with bone spear. then if he can look for +3 white ones...good luck though..it will take a while. and BTW: hoto tends t be better ive found due to the other mods granted and +3 all skills boosts all skills not just PNB

But he can get +8 bone spear (from white runeword), not the "pitiful" +3 that HotO offers.

HoTo offers 40% FCR 30-40 res all dex for max block (if ur going that way) more mana +3 to teleport (small thing i know but worth mentioning) raven charges IIRC...great to interupt casters (try it as druid u will get a kick outof it)

if ur going for pure damage go with white, but u wont hit the FCR breakpoint needed tobe an effective summoner compared to a hoto user. he will cast faster and tele faster making him much harder to kill.

ive tried both and found hoto will keep u alive longer against elemental using characters and let u be able to kill them faster due to more spears and spirits on the screen at once


just going from personal experiance, white pales in comparison to hoto for the person that knows less skills bu better stats will keep them alive longer
