Ok so ive chosen the route where im gonna dump most points into vit. It seems the most useful all round. But what im wondering is how many points do i need in energy? I plan to use CE and enigma to port around which eats up mana kinda fast so whats a good amount?

well in my case i put nothing in energy.i seldom run out when i use ce, and just quaff a potion when i teleport around.my 2 cents.

Zero points in energy.
If you twink well enough, or get g-rushed, you can even put every single point in vitality, given your enigma is in a breast plate or low strenght armor. A torch should get the armor on, the the strenght boost should handle everything else.
If you are worried about mana, or don't want to be chugging a potion left and right, an insight will solve all your problems. I would try to avoid putting it on your merc though, pride or infinity would be a better choice. So, your only other option would be a insight iron golem. As long as you keep and eye on him, he shouldn't die if his skill level and life are high enough. Just dont die yourself.
