uber druid

im looking to build a druid that is good for ubers, this is my very first druid so i have absolutely no clue what i should do
what stat pionts, and skill points should i do
should i have just enough str for my gear, just enough dex for blockage, and the rest into vit? or do i need some mana

price is not an issue so please give me the best of the best gear to get

If you could be a little more specific? Lots of druid builds can hold their own - it's really a matter of taste. What route are you plaiining on going? PvM or PvP? And any thoughs of caster, melle (wolf or bear)?

and i dont plan on shapeshifting, unless thats better than staying normal

IMO shape-shift is really the only way to go for a druid in UberTristram.

Fury-Wolf or Hunger bear are the only ones I know can do it, but there might be other options. But I do think shape-shifting is paramount being as übers are near impossible with other than melee chars.

Ahh, sorry I didn't catch that one. I speak german, so I just naturally assumed that you meant ubers as in, yeah well, you wanted to be über, sorry about that! :smiley:

To respond you now, I'd say probably Werewolf with basically what is an all round PvP set up, you know, max block, resist, DR, with as much life as possible.

stats as you said, just enough Str and Dex and then sink the rest into Vit. Skills would be max ww, lycan, fury and probably a spirit, though I doubt it would last long against the ubers, but you got the extra skill points and you can always just recast it, perhaps even learn to OS heal if you want to.

Anyways, equipment is pretty much covered in the great guide mentioned here, only comment is, perhaps switch ribcracker for Stormshield (Shael)+ eBotD zerker axe for range 3, 8/5 FPA fury and 75% block.

For an Uber Wolf you would max Feral rage for the single target damage.

Also Ribby > EBOTDZ for Ubers. CB > All
