Should I use AOKL or this?

If you're going Skeleton summoner this is vastly inferior to AOKL.

You can use it if you're a bone necro.. I would not use it for a summoner ..

I don't think, that there is a way, how to do it...RW White weapon just increase Poison and Bone tree, not Summoning...Only one summoning skill here is 4 to mastery
