Can someone suggest some cheap gear that will get me 125% faster cast rate for my necromancer? Thanks

Wizardspike (50%), magefist or trang gloves (20%), shako, spirit shield (35%), 2 x 10%fcr rings (20%). That is 125% fcr and cheap.

35 spirit is not quite cheap. Sacrifice your ammy or helm if you really have to.

Viper is out of question since he needs 125 fcr for teleport with enigma (at least I would assume so). If 35 fcr spirit is not available I would try arachnid belt or look for some fcr on amulet to make up for whatever fcr the spirit lacks.

arachnid is a few ists and enigmas are cheap, however if he plays non-ladder than 35 fcr spirit monarch is by no means a bargain.

Arach's price soared lately in West ladder, so by no means it is cheap. Enigma is.
