Just had a quick question, does critical strike and penetrate have any effect in PvP? thanks in advance.

They give the full effect as listed in the skill description. Critical Strike and Penetrate only work on physical based attacks like Jab or Strafe. Penetrate doesn't effect Guided Arrow, as this skill has no Attack Rating. So don't any crazy ideas of doubling the damage of your Charged Strike zon with Critical. :neener:

It is like a spell it never misses. Can be blocked though

Ar increases your chance to hit. However, if the opponent has a 75% chance to block, then they'll block 3/4ths of the time you attack them basically.
