If I use Draculs gloves and Atma amulet, will amp dam and life tap override eachother?
Or will both be 'in use' at the same time?

At the risk of sounding rude, this particular subject is covered elsewhere in the forum. That is why no one has bothered to reply.
No two curses can be active at the same time. Ever. Every necro curse overrides the previously cast curse. That is one reason you won't find Necro mercs w/ Aura-casting equipment (Heaven set helm, and whatnot).
