+3elemental,20 cast 2 socket circlet worth it?

Well just recently my friend gambled this and sold to me and was wondering if it would be the best choice for a windy. It is double Jahed , the thing that gets to me though is perhaps it might not be good due to it having +3 to only elemental skills. Any comments from a pro windy are appreciated,thanks.

Above mentioned "godly druid pelt" is not possible. You can't get any fcr on a druid pelt, the life caps at +60life for a magical druid pelt; or caps at +40 for rare druid pelts. All info from the Arreat Summit "Magic Items Prefixes/suffixes" section.

You're right! I just forgot - I'm getting old. :sad2:

It's usable for any spammer (build). In reality, however, I think that spammers might easily get the desired number of framerates getting FCR from other sources, if the funds are sufficient.

What are the higher breakpoints again? Am I totally wrong if say that 68% is one of the highest possible within reason?

Very nice hat. I would consider any 2/20 or 3/20 the way to go for windy druid (except maybe uber pelt)

Imo as a windy you should get fhr from the helm as well, so I'd change those Jahs there to shaels. It's a decent helm if you do not have a good fcr druid amulet and are unable to reach 163 fcr without it. If you have, go for a druid pelt. The best one you can get would be something like:
+2 druid
+3 tornado
+3 cyclone
+3 hurricane
+40 life
+10 fhr
2 sockets
some resistances
Good luck though finding one ;)

Remember, that there are excellent rare circlets, far better than this one, providing +2 druid, life, stats, resistances...
