[L] Feral Rage

So I was looking at Feral Rage and thinking its a cool skill, because it gives wolves what they like: speed. Then I realized I don't really know anything about it. My main question is, does Feral Rage get a bonus from off weapon IAS, or is it a party pooper like Fury?

Any Druid attack mainly checks WIAS. OIAS has a near neglible effect on any WW attack.

iirc feral speed is the same as the initial attack on fury would be - so a botdz would be 9 frame, 95 ias weapons are 7 fpa etc.
