View Full Version : CD Key is "Taken" - NEED HELP

Whenever I try logging in to battle.net, it says that the cd key is in use already by another person. However, that "person" has a registered name that is the same as mine.
I have never given the cd key or installed it on a different computer.
What should I do?

this just means that bnet thinks you are still logged in...give it another 10 minutes and then try to log in. :smiley:

u can figure it out that he has this problem since more than 10 minutes so stop spamming with useless posts to get ur post count up >.>

more than one person has this problem...it's quite common actually...the answer was given not to the OP but to the next guy using the forums to find a solution....now why don't you go take a long walk on a short pier.

Umm dude, did you:

1) Drop after completing an act
2) Get a fast temp restriction
3) Check your connection + restart your computer?

Those 3 things sometimes make my connection say it's in use by myself lol.

sometimes d2 crashes and leaves game.exe still running
swtich to task manager and end it then try again
