I heard in a previous version that monsters would not heal while poisoned, anyone know if this is true?

its the same as if you were poisoned - it can heal but wont regain any life points.

i think that depends of the poison dmg that was delivered. but atleast it slows life rep if not stop it all

Any amount of poison damage (and OW too) stops the innate regeneration rate of monsters. But of course, it can all be different in classic.

It does stop life regeneration, even in classic and even in this patch. Sometimes, it was the only way I could win, useing Pemeralds in a socketed weapon. Took forever though.
