I stopped Diablo II for quite a while ( I believe its 2 years ago and that time I am still a noob ) .. today I searched for guides , end up getting so damn many types of character. I never expect that a simple character can be separated to several path. Now I wanna play D2 again with my friends and we are going to have a bet that who would win the most in duel and we will have a competition after one month ( for character preparation ) .. Before that I am really lack of D2's knowledge .. and now I am having trouble choosing the good PvP character , anyone have any good suggestion ? A character that is good in PvP and have the best overall performance ?

in pubs i see a lot of paladins exploiting desynching =P go with some sort of pala you might have some fun

assuming that ull all have no gear, make a trap assasin since most likely they wont be able to resist it haha

zz what? You can't resist a trapper?

There is no real best pvp char, hammerdin, bvc, necro and windy are among the tops , take your pick.

Other good options are WWsin, FB sorc, smiter and foh.

I guess HappyAssassin didn't combine the two.. but just like he didn't say "ES/FB" and "WW/Traps".

v/t, bonemancer, hammerdin, wind druid, blizz sorc, trapsin

I would pick between those if I were you.

Is Bonenecromancer good ? If compared to Hammerdin which is better ?

Last time I thought I wanna make a FoH paladin but then it will be easily fought back with good lightning resistance eqs ..

Nec vs Hammer nec will (well, should) win.

As for vs all, I still vote nec. Hammerdin is a bit more well-rounded and versatile but nec has few weaknesses (I hope I didn't make that into too much of an oxymoron -.-)

So you mean that Necromancer do have overall best performance ? One more question .. How can a Paladin teleport ( tele smite ) ? I tot only sorc can do so ..

Using enigma is the only is the only means by which a paladin can tele.

Btw guys is cs zon any good for pvp ? Iam building one atm ..I know they rock pvm.

Tele-charge amulets/staves.

Useless once enigma's availible, yes, but makes for interesting possibilities prior to it.

Umm... he said that because he thought the chars he's going to be dueling are going to be poor.

Anyone with a brain, a MF sorc and a month can/should have a Tgods on their character.
