Sorc Min Dmg

Ok Im new to the forum, Hi everybody, I have a question, Im part new to the game also, so I dont know the abreviations to everything :\ just wandering, because I use Chain Lightening, it says 1-623 dmg, now how do I raise the minimum dmg?

That's just the nature of Lightning and Chain Lightning damage; you have the potential of doing huge maximum damage, but your minimum damage will always be pathetically low.

You can raise the minimum damage by pumping Lightning Mastery and wearing gear that enhances your lightning skill damage, but it'll still only go up by ~2-4 points.

Oh ok, well are there high chances itll ever use the dmg of anything lower than 100 dmg? because thatll ruin me alot with one strike :(

The chances are evenly distributed between your min damage and max damage, so on average you'll do half the max damage. It's certainly possible that you'll do 1 damage on one cast, but it's equally possible that you'll do the max damage on one cast.
