it is not a unique item.

Items people may refer to on trade forums and guides are sometimes rare or crafted item dupes.

All the rare dupes quite obviously do not spawn in the game from monsters. They are duplications of an item that spawned a long while ago, possibly from a previous patch or classic under different item generation rules.

Note that while some GG combinations of mods on rare (yellow) boots can still spawn, things like +17str and resists over 40% can not. So don't expect boots with similar mods to soul shanks drop while mfing.


This should help you distinguish between legit items that can still spawn and those dupes that can not.
