what build would you suggest for a returning player who wants to be able to mf anywhere in hell without worrying about immunes and without runewords or expensive sets/uniqes?
what build could do this wearing all ptopaz'd and res gear?

The build is good, but make sure that you allocate skill points properly otherwise you are in some trouble. I did one of these builds a while ago and had problems in early hell due to fire and/or cold resist monsters, got very ugly.
