The best possible Lightning Sorc for PvP?

Hey guys, I was curious if some of you guys here could tell me the best possible equipment a Lightning Sorc for PVP can get? I know there are guides available, but people have different opinions and different setups that they may think would be superior to someone elses. Thanks! And this is for ladder by the way.

I'd say get gear to go for 200% faster cast rate:
40 hoto/35 fcr spirit
6/6/4 cta / spirit other hand (+6 es memory staff)
upped vipermagi (with 5/5 light facet or sheal or sur or p saphire)
-20/15 griffons eye diadem (with 5/5 light facet or sheal or sur or p saphire)
crafted ammy with 20% fcr and +2 skills with life, mana and resists
2x soj or 1x soj and 1x 10%fcr and mana, life, resists ring
upped magefist
ethereal sandstorm treks or other boots with the stats you want
9x lightning skill grand charms with life
perfect anni
perfect storch
10x life/mana small charms
