unable to connect to bnet

Well in te past 3 days I haven't been able to play diablo on the internet because it says that " unable to connect to battlenet if you are using a modem make sure you connect to the internet service provider...etc" well my internet works just fine and i have 2 different computers with diablo 2 and they have 2 different internet providers (one is netgear the other is Road runner). So i really don't know whats going on.
Can sombody help me thanks
