my brother bought nm act 2 merc defensive and he has no aura.

is this okay? does he have to keep trying to get holy freeze aura?

He does have an Aura. It just doesn't trigger right off the bat.

He has to attack something first.

depends on what difficulty he got the merc from

Combat (Normal): Prayer
Combat (Nightmare): Thorns
Combat (Hell): Prayer
Defense (Normal): Defiance
Defense (Nightmare): Holy Freeze
Defense (Hell): Defiance
Offense (Normal): Blessed Aim
Offense (Nightmare): Might
Offense (Hell): Blessed Aim

and they have to be a higher level to use the aura
