50% on an amulet
40% on each ring

This is only available on magic ones, though. So don't waste your time looking for a 50% MF rare amulet...

Bit of extra info since you didn't specify your mode of play in your profile :
In classic the max on both amulets and rings is 40%
Fortuitous(11-15) amulet of Fortune(16-25)
Fortuitous(11-15) ring of Fortune(16-25)

Expansion has quite a lot more prefixes and affixes though, so if that is your mode of play, you can consider this the basics. :)
