faster cast rate breakpoints for sin

I've searched in the forum using the tool and I can't find it... can some good semaritan please post the faster cast rate break points for us sins ? Basically, I'm planning to make a dueling trapper with killer faster cast rate for mind blast and teleport. Thanks !

In case you didn't want to follow the link - Yes, I memorized those.

174 = 9 frames btw, add 1 onto this for each BP you go below 174%.
