Its an East only dupe, there are a few similar stat amulets on West NL. I won't give names or prices though, since they are generally also dupes and we aren't supposed to discuss non-legit items on these forums.

The stats are in the upper end of this range:

+2 Assassin Skills
+17-20 Strength
+17-20 Dexterity
+55-60 Life
+55-60 Mana
+15-20 Resist All
