I searched the forums but didn't find a build that is dedicated to JUST cowing. I was thinking of doing a lf sorc but not maxing synergies, since they r only 1% a piece. So what other skills would be usefull for cowing?

Charged strike is a must.

10 points in a synergy is the same as adding a perfect light facet. They are not insignifcant, and if you are only cowing what else do you need.

You don't need that much in D/A/E because of strict diminishing returns.

You'll need a decent investment in Pierce. Using Razortail, you need just level 9 Pierce after +skills to get to 100% pierce. It does wonders for your killing speed.

The basic build consists of: 20 Light. Fury, 20 Charged Strike, 1 each D/A/E, X points in Pierce (to get to desired %) and perhaps even 1 in Decoy. You can live without a Valkyrie if you wish.

You'll have quite a few skill points to spare, so they may as well go to LF and CS synergies, preferrably Lightning Strike first, it never hurts to have a third lightning attack around that's moderately useful.

1% may not seem like much, but it's a bonus nonetheless, and it will all add up.

Actually i was looking for a skill and stat placement for a lf javazon that could do it completely naked, generally because i am brand new to diablo, and secondly because its probably going to be completely mf based. It doesn't have to be godly or anything, just able to get the job done.
