Can Someone Tell me what I did wrong, so next time I wont make the same mistake or maybe its not to late to change it.

skills depends on charms but bo is more important than the def skills imo

Arreat sucks for pvm. Use guillaume's helm
Dracul's sucks for pvm. Use Laying of hands (Ghoulhide in areas with many undead)
You didn't say which amulet you're using, but Highlord's the probably the best choice.

Yes, your strength is too high, and dexterity is too high, it seems. You don't need extra points on dexterity and strength, just enough for items. Plus, you are doing good damage. I use Enigma with EBOTDZ and Beast Z and do 5.7k damage on the EBOTDZ.

Laying of Hands is indeed better for Pvm. If you didn't know, it does 350% Enhanced Damage to Demons, plus, 20% IAS if you ever use concentrate.

As for other tips, I think they've been told. Btw I'd much rather use Enigma for any Pvm.

just for fun try using a +5 bo delerium vs big mobs.

Your barb also has way too high "Natural Resist". Pretty much every single barb should have BO maxed, btw.

As mentioned already, you have put yourself in a hole by misplacing some skill and stat point allocations. Here's what a typical pvm WW Barb looks like:

Max--> WW, Mastery, Battle Orders, and the rest can be left to individual taste.. ie) Shout, Berserk etc. Stat placement as mentioned is usually like this:

Str and Dex to meet equip req's and the rest in Vita..or more Dex in order to achieve max block%.

Your equip is more than viable and contrary to what some may say, I would stick with it by and large with some more options for specific areas ie) tgods for gloam areas.

What about resistance? Are you hitting 75%?. I wouldn't sacrifice max res to put guillaume's on when damage is already good- could make matters worse, not better. But that really depends on you providing more info. If you want to duel you'll need to rebuild anyway.
