quick ? about primary hand

is the left hand or the right hand the primary? what im saying is should i put the faster or stronger weapon in what hand when dual wielding as a frenzy barb

Equipp fastest strongest on left side of screen.

Actually with frenzy its calculated with whichever weapon you place in FIRST.

So put in your fast weapon first (on the left side), then put in your other weapon on the right side.
