Which fhr bp for pvp fc bear?

So which fhr bp should i aim for with my fc bear? Also, please tell me WHY i should aim for the one you suggest. If there's many alternatives what are the pros and cons of each? Thanks!

in werebear form there are 8 bps
11 frames =>5fhr
10 frames=>10fhr
9 frames=>16 fhr
8 frames=>27fhr
7 frames=>40fhr
6 frames=>65 fhr
5 frames=>109 fhr
4 frames=>223 fhr

generaly you don't need 223,and if you aim for it,you will sacrifice a lot for it.......the 109 bp is the best in my opinion.......

Hmm a little wrong still, should be 24%(9frames), 37%(8frames), 54%(7frames) and 360%(4frames) the rest look okay.

I agree with at least aiming for 86%.
